The first KC-130J Super Hercules from Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron 152 (VMGR-152) prepares to land at Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan upon the transfer of the squadron from Marine Aircraft Group 36 (MAG-36) to MAG-12.  Upon the KC-130J's touchdown, administrative control of the squadron effectively changed from MCAS Futenma in Okinawa, Japan, to MAG-12 at MCAS Iwakuni.

MARINE CORPS AIR STATION IWAKUNI, Japan - The first KC-130J Super Hercules from Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron 152 (VMGR-152) prepares to land at Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan upon the transfer of the squadron from Marine Aircraft Group 36 (MAG-36) to MAG-12. Upon the KC-130J's touchdown, administrative control of the squadron effectively changed from MCAS Futenma in Okinawa, Japan, to MAG-12 at MCAS Iwakuni.
