Sara Abrego, a combat mass communicator with Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron (H&HS) and volunteer at the USO Special Delivery Baby Shower, meets Lily Brumfield and her mother, Stephanie Brumfield, at Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan, Oct. 18, 2017.
