U.S. Navy Cmdr. Reid Smith, a native of Washington, and the new commanding officer of Electronic Attack Squadron (VAQ) 141, Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 5, gives a speech at a change of command ceremony at Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan, April 18, 2024. During the ceremony, U.S. Navy Cmdr. Reid Smith replaced Cmdr. Joshua Menks, a native of Virginia, as the commander of VAQ-141.
