MARINE CORPS AIR STATION IWAKUNI, Japan - John Lackie, left, director for the Defense Policy Review Initiative Iwakuni, U.S. Marine Corps Col. Richard F. Fuerst, commanding officer of MCAS Iwakuni, Maj. Gen. Vincent A. Coglianese, commander of Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM), and Brig. Gen. Paul Rock Jr., commander of Marine Corps Installations Pacific (MCIPAC), visit a tea room at the Atago Cultural Center in Iwakuni City, Japan, Jun 19, 2018. Coglianese visited MCAS Iwakuni during his tour of MCIPAC, as a part of his duties as the commander of MCICOM. The visit marked the first time that he visited the station as the MCICOM commander and the first time that he viewed expansion projects and the recently completed Atago Hills complex.
