For SOFA Sponsors
1) Pre-Registration (Regular Visitor Pass Request to PMO Admin by 19 June 2026)

Note: Pre-registration is NOT required for family members of SOFA personnel who already hold base access (including dependents).

If a SOFA member wishes to escort immediate families without base access, must follow standard procedures and pre-register
them by submitting a Visitor Pass Request (Appendix K). Approved APPENDIX K will be returned to the Sponsors and that must
be presented with guest's ID at the Main Gate upon entry.

Parking area at Penny Lake is not available. Vehicles need to be parked at appropriate public building(s) or space(s).

SOFAの方が基地にアクセスのない近親者の方をエスコート入門させる場合は、通常通りVisitor Pass Request (APPENDIX K)をPMO Adminへ提出して事前登録を行い、当日正門にて承認済みのAPPENDIX KとゲストのIDを提示して下さい。

ペニーレイク周辺の駐車場に駐車は出来ませんので、立体駐車場や公共施設の駐車場等適切な駐車スペースに駐車して下さい。

For MLA/IHA and JMSDF Sponsors
2) Online Pre-Registration ( from 08:00, 8 June 2026 - until 18:00, 12 June 2026)
Sponsor must have access to MCAS Iwakuni. ** Immediate family members of MLC/IHA and JMSDF access to this event must be pre-registered with PMO Admin via online form. Failure to pre-register will result in denial of access at the Gate.

All attendees must park your vehicle at C Gate and utilize the shuttle bus or walk to Penny Lake. The shuttle buses from C Gate to
Penny Lake are scheduled to run every 15 minutes.

岩国基地にアクセスのある基地従業員及び海上自衛隊員の**近親者の方（家族DBIDS保有者含む）が本イベントへの参加を希望される場合には、オンライン事前登録が必要です。事前登録がない場合はゲートにて入門をお断りします。

Cゲートにお車を駐車して頂き、ペニーレイクまでは巡回バス、または徒歩での移動となります。

Those wishing to visit MCAS Iwakuni must be approved in accordance with applicable regulations and policies. Please see the below for the base access order and the forms needed to request to have base access or family/personal visitors.
