The mission of Distribution Management Office (DMO) is to provide high-quality, accurate, and professional entitlement counseling for the shipment and storage of personal property to all DoD-affiliated personnel (uniform and non-uniform) within each office’s area of responsibility (AOR) in order to ensure the highest possible customer satisfaction, thereby improving organizational morale.
