MARINE CORPS AIR STATION IWAKUNI, Japan - A U.S. Air Force 67th Fighter Squadron F-15C Eagle aircraft gets refueled at Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan, during “hot pit” training, Sep. 24, 2021. This joint training, the first of its kind at the air station, provided an opportunity for the U.S. Air Force unit to exercise hot-refueling capabilities at a dissimilar airfield. MCAS Iwakuni, with its capable fuels division and its proximity to Kadena Air Force Base, is uniquely positioned to support such training. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Cpl. Mitchell Austin)
