MARINE CORPS AIR STATION IWAKUNI, Japan - U.S. Navy Sailors with Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni’s Branch Health Clinic, and Sailors with Helicopter Mine Countermeasures Squadron 14 Detachment 2A, based out of Camp Mujuk, Republic of Korea, along with a Japan Ground Self-Defense Force member assigned to JGSDF’s 13th Brigade, lift a simulated victim during a medical evacuation event during Exercise Active Shield 22 on MCAS Iwakuni, Japan, Nov. 17, 2022.
