MARINE CORPS AIR STATION IWAKUNI, Japan - A U.S. Air Force C5M Super Galaxy aircraft assigned to 22nd Airlift Squadron (22nd AS), 60th Air Mobility Wing, Travis Air Force Base, lands at Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan, Nov. 16, 2025. MCAS Iwakuni serves as an important logistical base in the Department of War and is used by all branches for the transportation of critical cargo by almost any aircraft.
