Dave Garber, a station protocol officer, gives instruction on dinning etiquette to a group of community members who attended the Dine Like a Diplomat intructional class at the Talbot dinning room here Feb. 19. Approximately 20 local community members attended the class which instructed them on the proper way to seat themselves at a table, how to use a knife and fork and how to conduct themselves throught a formal dinner setting.
