Ayaka Yamakawa (left), Cameron Olivas (center) and Reina Yamamoto (right), team up against an effort to pull the opposing team across the line in a game of tug-of-war during the US-Japan Friendship Exchange at Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan Feb. 27.  The friendship exchange brought students from M.C. Perry Elementary School and Kawashimo Elementary School together with a series of avtivities including kite making, tug-of-war, basketball, dodgeball, and much more.  With an opportunity to interact and play, students and their parents were able to share cultural experiences and form a common bond.
