Hundreds of streams of bright fireworks light up the sky for station residents and Japanese locals to enjoy at Penny Lake here Tuesday. Every year, Marine Corps Community Services hosts a fireworks display to celebrate Independence Day, which the U.S. has continued to celebrate for 235 years.
