Talleri, Marine Corps Installations Pacific commanding general, and Devin Johnston-Lee, department fire chief, shake hands during the presentation of the plaque for Navy-Marine Corps Fire Department of the Year for 2011 at the fire station here, Jan. 25, 2013.
