Marine Aerial Refueler Transport Squadron (VMGR) 152 conducts low-level static line parachute drops in the Philippines. VMGR-152, also known as the Sumos, celebrated the 75th anniversary of the squadron at Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan, March 9, 2017. Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni residents traveled to Kumano with the Cultural Adaptation Program to experience calligraphy, tradition, history and entertainment the festival offered. Marine All-Weather Attack Squadron 242 A-6AE Intruders fly through the air. During the Vietnam War, Marine All-Weather Fighter Attack Squadron 242 was known as the VMA(AW)-242 Batmen.
