On 11 Nov., an aircraft from MCAS Iwakuni will fly along a non-standard flight pattern south of the air station. Flying along this route will provide feedback to electronic navigation systems located onboard the air station.  
 
All flights are conducted in accordance with bilaterally approved flight rules and paths and in approved air space. 
 
The safe conduct of flight operations remains one of the highest priorities for MCAS Iwakuni, and all appropriate safety measures will be followed.
